You’re linking different non-related groups and governments because of religion in your grand conspiracy theory that sounds like the guerrilla version of the Nazi’s Jewish Conspiracy theory

If you mean "settlements" as in the settlements forced into the occupied territory (like the West Bank and Gaza), then attacking them is simply resisting occupation and could be considered enforcing the Geneva Convention (which the Israeli settlements break, since their purpose is to annex land)

-- if you watch some foreign arabic media, you'll find out that they consider islam a worldwide idea and not a "one gouvernment" idea... you can watch a few translated clips on memri.org - but i suggest watching movies that assemble more information like "blaming the jews" [30 min documentry], "relentless", "obsession: what the war on terror is really about", "death in gaza" .. those movies bring some unique footage and they give interviews with repected members that give analasys and input.

that was my point... i have a personal angle here... the brainwashed crowd does not know or believe it when they are told that jews purchased lands from arabs legally before the creation of israel.
